Shipping policy
I. Yünter Tekstil Tic. Ltd. Şti (Maximus) ships products purchased via www.maximusofficial.co on the stated delivery date (unless the Buyer requests otherwise), securely and in a dedicated box, through its partnered courier company.
II. Prices listed on the website include taxes and domestic delivery costs, except in cases of return or exchange. International delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
III. Yünter Tekstil Tic. Ltd. Şti (Maximus) cannot be held responsible for issues caused by the courier company during delivery, including late delivery to the Buyer or failure to deliver.
IV. In the case of a damaged package: damaged packages should not be accepted without a report drawn up by the courier company representative. If the courier representative believes the package is undamaged, the Buyer has the right to have the package opened on the spot to verify the products were delivered undamaged, with the outcome again documented in a report. Once the package is accepted by the BUYER, the courier company is considered to have fully completed its duty, and the BUYER accepts any liability that may arise from this.
